Let’s discuss an interested group, available times and participation format. An approximate number is enough for the first contact; a list of named employees is not required.

What we are testing

First, we test how participation works and whether people want to return. Effects on turnover and employer reputation are not yet established.

Data and reporting

An employer dashboard and regular reporting belong to later development. Any pilot data sharing must be explained to participants beforehand.
